I mean you know what grinds my gears!

I absolutely can’t stand when girls try way too hard to attract attention from boys. It’s a turn off. It makes boys avoid them, and it makes other females feel awkward around them.
I absolutely positively can’t stand when boys approach a girl with “Wussup Mah!” As if girls will actually drop their drawers for men who don’t even put in the effort to learn their names. And then of course there are the women who disrespect THEMSELVES by answering to these disrespectful buzzards.
I can’t stand when females wear a certain color weave to match their outfit for a certain day. They don’t understand that if their not wearing that same color everyday for about a week it’s just corny. I hate walking into Walmart and seeing Shaquanda or Shante’ with purple weave and an orange and blue polo outfit. Come on people!
What really grinds my gears is when boys put their entire secret life on myspace like no one will see it. Everyone has a myspace page; what makes them think that if they put on their page that they’re in love with Mary- Jane that Susy- Joe won’t see it. And then what REALLY grinds my gears is when they deny it after they blatantly got caught… oops!
Maybe Boys in this day in age just don’t have any class any more. Life will continue to be nerve wrecking with these worthless low- lives we call men and boys. I just want a boy to approach me with a “Hello, how are you doing…” I want them to actually try to get to know me for me. I want a boy to bring me flowers and chocolate instead of their latest version of their mix tape (insider). Until they learn to have some respect for the opposite sex they will continue to grind my gears.

I cant believe this!

Tom Tancredo most recently stated that there should be another literacy test reinstated for voters who can't spell the word "Vote" or say it in english, and everyone who voted for Barack Obama. That statement was absolutely racist, and very ignorant to say. How dare Tom Tancredo come out of his mouth with such defamation. I don't respect him as a person, and I definitely don't respect his ideals and thoughts. If the issue was flipped there would have been an even greater uproar, and every Caucasian in America would have shut whoever said that down. Literacy test in itself are very degrading and unacceptable. Tom Tancredo should apologize for his ignorance and this whole ordeal should be dismissed and forgotten immediately.

conforming is the new "black"

Margaret Drabble once said, "Our desire to conform is greater than our respect for objective facts." She was basically stating that people rather look in a conformist direction rather than rationalizing the actual good and/or bad of the popular way. Conforming has been a new up and coming "thing". many people find conforming as an interesting way of being different. People nowadays feel that by conforming it actually makes you a leader, but in all actuality it still makes you a follower. Since conforming has been the new thing to do everyone has hopped on the bandwagon on the road to conforming. People try so hard to stray away from the "norm" that a large enough group has actually made it impossible to be different.

the "R" word

The "R" word or retard is a word that many people do not take too kindly. Unfortunately it is used very lightly and people do not think about the people they might be hurting when they say it. Rahm Emanuel was very unprofessional in calling fellow Democrats "f-ing retards", that was not big enough for him to have to resign. Sarah Palen was out of order by thinking that he should. There are many people with mentally disabled children that may have not even taken his comment to heart, which should have been the more mature route to take. Sarah Palen is yearning for attention, and unfortunately people are willing to give her the attention that she is yearning for. People need to understand that people that yearn for attention more than likely don't deserve it. If they were significant enough then they would be in the spotlight without many efforts.
